As Psion and PDS Service Centre, we can offer the following services for Psion, Compaq iPaq, Palm and Sony Clé:

• Repairs to the aforementioned machines in our workshop in Karben according to our current price list

• RAM Upgrades for Psion revo / revo PLUS, 5mx/PRO, iPaq and Palm

• Airbushed casings for Psion revo / revo PLUS (the casing can only be fitted in our workshop)

• Repair of the LCD cable for Psion Series 5/mx/PRO (replacement cable including fitting)

• Accessories eg. Docking stations and mains adapters

When you send us your Palmtop Computer please read the following tips to make the prozess of repairing and returning your machine as smooth as possible:

1. Fill out the form shown on the right hand side of this page with as many details as possible.

2. Back-up all of your data. If this is not possible, we can carry out the back-up for you for an extra charge.

3. Send your machine as a parcel so that it is insured.

4. Make sure you pack the machine sufficiently to avoid damage during transport.

You do not need an RMA number or other authorisation in advance. Our address is on the contact page, alternatively you can come to our workshop in person. We look forward to your visit.
